E-Gift Card Terms

  1. Jo Malone London e-Gift Cards are issued and sold by Jo Malone Limited, a company registered in England and Wales with company number 02781161 whose registered office is at One Fitzroy, 6 Mortimer Street, London W1T 3JJ and administered by Jigsaw Business Solutions Limited, a company incorporated and registered in England and Wales with company number 08663917 whose registered office is at Runway East Borough Market, 20 Thomas St, London SE1 9RS.
  2. Jo Malone London e-Gift Cards are issued in £ sterling and can be redeemed in Jo Malone London boutiques in the United Kingdom (excluding department store counters, airports and mail order) and on www.jomalone.co.uk. Jo Malone London e-Gift Cards can be used as full or part payment for merchandise, but promotional offers may not apply (including gift-with-purchase, money off discounts and free delivery).
  3. When you use your Jo Malone London e-Gift Cards the order value of your purchase will be deducted from the balance on the Card. The remaining balance may be applied to future purchases. Change will not be given. If the value of your purchase exceeds the balance on the Jo Malone London e-Gift Card you must pay the excess by another payment method.
  4. Risk will pass to the customer upon delivery and title will pass upon receipt of payment in full. Neither Jo Malone Limited nor Jigsaw Business Solutions Limited can be held responsible for lost, stolen or damaged e-Gift Cards. E-Gift Cards will NOT be replaced or refunded if lost, stolen or damaged. Neither Jo Malone Limited nor Jigsaw Business Solutions Limited is responsible for funds on the Card used without your knowledge.
  5. Jo Malone London e-Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash and cash refunds will not be available for products purchased with this e-Gift Card. Goods purchased with a Jo Malone London e-Gift Card can be returned or refunded in accordance with the Jo Malone London Returns & Refunds policy (https://www.jomalone.co.uk/customer-service/returns-exchanges). You can return goods via the online process detailed in the policy, in which case any monies owing will be refunded to a Jo Malone London e-Gift Card. Alternatively, goods can be returned to a Jo Malone London store (excluding department store counters and airports) in which case you will only be able to exchange the product for another of the same value. If you place an order online using a Jo Malone London e-Gift Card and subsequently cancel the order before delivery, monies owing will be refunded to a Jo Malone London e-Gift Card. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
  6. E-Gift Card quantities should be checked immediately upon receipt. Any discrepancies must be notified and brought to the attention of Jigsaw Business Solutions Limited.
  7. E-Gift Cards which Jo Malone London deem to be altered, tampered with, duplicated, cancelled or are otherwise suspected of having been affected by fraud or tendered fraudulently will not be accepted in Jo Malone London stores or online.
  8. Jigsaw Business Solutions Limited is not connected to Jo Malone Limited and takes no responsibility for products and services sold by Jo Malone London.   9. By purchasing, using or accepting e-Gift Cards you confirm your acknowledgement and acceptance of these terms and conditions. Jo Malone Limited reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions from time to time where it considers it reasonable and necessary to do so, without notice and to take appropriate action, including the cancellation of e-Gift Cards, if, in its discretion, it deems such action necessary. The latest version of these terms and conditions are available on www.jomalone.co.uk/terms-conditions. Jo Malone Limited is the sole issuer and obligator to you. Jo Malone Limited may assign its issuer duties without recourse.
  10. The collection and processing of your personal data gathered in the course of purchasing / using your e-gift card will be carried out in accordance with Jo Malone London’s Privacy Policy.
  11. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
